Can it be that trance music can elimiate a depressed mood? ive been feeling a little blue and without energy for a couple of days, back to work symptom etc. anyway i just put my headphones on at work, listened to The legacy by push, an old classic and im buzzing, almost euphoric...what is happening??? lovin it! trance music is a arrangement of electric dance music, as opposed to hyonotherapy kind of trance.
No, it won't. I have known people who regularly go into trance states who are made even more depressed. Yes, it is an addictive act and you feel good, but it is a form of escapism. Try something else, like going out for walks in the countryside and communing with nature.

For me it would increase my depressed mood as I absolutely hate that type of music. But each to their own.
If it works, keep doing it!! If im down, i heed to upbeat music, more electro and dance for me. Its the fast paste of the music that must send a signal to your brain and raises you endorphines. Music is very wistful, if you listen to sad music, your sad, listen to a happy song it uplifts your mood!! What would we do without it hey?!

i meditate that yes it can. it doesnt really matter what type of music it is, just your favourite music can make you feel great, if you really tantamount to trance, then listening to it will make you pretty happy, really heavy music does the same for me Trance music
